Scam warning – fraudulent grant and funding approaches

The Stan Perron Charitable Foundation has become aware of scams targeting charities, community organisations and researchers where people claim to be seeking project proposals or broker funding on behalf of philanthropic organisations.

Please protect yourself and your organisation by noting our official funding practices:

Direct applications only

The Foundation handles all funding applications directly. We do not use third-party brokers to find applicants, nor do we solicit or recommend third-party application developers.

No fees required

The Foundation will never ask for a fee or payment to process a grant application, connect with your staff or secure funding.

Official channels

All legitimate Foundation funding opportunities and guidelines are published on this website.

Email security

Official correspondence from the Foundation will come from a legitimate @perronfoundation.org.au domain.

If you receive a suspicious approach or unsolicited offer requesting payment for Stan Perron Charitable Foundation grant access, please do not engage.
